This Roman villa was built around the middle of the 1st century BC and destroyed by a fire in the 3rd century AD. U-shaped, the structure of the villa developed around a courtyard: it had two residential levels used as the residence of the owners, also called the Domus, and rooms and porches for servants and warehouses. The floors of the villa, decorated with polychrome mosaics and embellished by marble inlays are still partially visible.
